DUE ASAP | Swag Bag 500 Items (Platinum & Gold Only)
- Add an item to the Summit Swag Bag! Swag Bags will be sent to the first 500 people who register (US / Opt-in only)
- Items must arrive by Friday, August 12. Shipping address and label will be provided once sponsor item is confirmed.

DUE AUGUST 5 | 20 min General Session FORM (Platinum Only)
- Please complete the General Session Form and send speaker headshot(s) to sponsors@insiderrisksummit.com
- 20 min Pre-Recorded Session (~18 min of content)
- Content and topic must be industry/leadership focused and presented by an Executive
- Recordings will take place the week of August 22, once speaker(s) are confirmed they will be provided a link to schedule their session recording date and time
DUE AUGUST 5 | 30 min Breakout Session FORM (Platinum & Gold Only)
- Please complete the Breakout Session Form and email speaker headshot(s) to sponsors@insiderrisksummit.com
- 30 min Pre-Recorded Session (~25 min of content)
- Breakout sessions should align with the event theme and session tracks, Measure, Manage, Mitigate
- Recordings will take place the week of August 22, once speaker(s) are confirmed they will be provided a link to schedule their session recording date and time
DUE AUGUST 5 | Select your Recording Session HERE (Platinum & Gold Only)
- Recordings are scheduled for 1 hour and 25 mins.
DUE August 19 | Sponsor Showcase 10 min Video (Platinum & Gold Only)
- Submit a 10 min max video of a product overview or demo. Upload your video HERE.
- The Sponsor Showcase will take place Tuesday, September 27. Sponsors who participate will be provided the list of attendees.
DUE August 19 | Passport to Prizes (All Sponsors)
- Prize must be a minimum $150 value. Please email the item and picture of the item you will be giving away to sponsors@insiderrisksummit.com.
- Each sponsor will be able to select (1) booth visitor to win their prize. Winners will be notified by email, with sponsor contact cc’ed. Sponsors are responsible to ship/send prize directly to winners.
OPENS August 26 | Virtual Platform & Booth Build
- The virtual platform will open late next week. Virtual Platform & Booth deliverables can be found HERE.
- To log into the virtual platform you must be registered for the Summit. Please register HERE.
- All sponsor staff who register with the above link will be provided login credentials to access and build their virtual booths.
DUE September 2 | Register Booth Staff
- Register up to 3 staff members to work your virtual booth during Summit. High traffic times will be during session breaks.
- Register booth staff HERE. Booth staff will be responsible for monitoring your virtual booth chat, and answering any questions/comments attendees may have.

- Thursday, September29 from 10:30 am - 5:00 pm ET
September 8 | Virtual Platform & Booth Staff Training
- A recording of the Sponsor Training can be found HERE
- This training will cover all aspects for the virtual platform, sponsor booths, and booth staff responsibilities.
- All registered booth staff will be invited.
September 15 | Virtual Platform Speaker Training
- A recording of the Speaker Training can be found HERE.
- This training will cover how the virtual platform works, how speakers will log into the platform and best utilize their live session chat.
September 16 | Virtual Booths Final
- All virtual booth must be complete and final.

AUGUST 5
- All session and speaker information due via the General Session Form & Breakout Session Form.
- Select a recording time slot HERE. If you are part of a multi speaker session, please only select one recording time.
AUGUST 15-19
- Final session slides will be due 1 week prior to your recording date.
- All speakers must use the Summit PPT Template (Google Slides & .PPTX)
AUGUST 16 & 18
- Speaker Prep Calls | Two training sessions will take place prior to session recordings. Sponsors and speakers will be added to both trainings.
- Speaker Training Recording: LINK
AUGUST 22-26
- General and Breakout Session Recordings take place. Calendar holds with additional details and links will be sent 1 week prior.
SEPTEMBER 28 & 29 (Summit!)
- Live Speaker Q&A during your session. All speakers will be able to participate in a live chat with attendees during their session airing.
